I've found a relatively easy (and inexpensive) way to export email messages from Thunderbird to Outlook. The difference between this two programs concern the different message format. Thunderbird manage .EML format. viceversa Outlook manages the .MSG format.
I've found this site: http://www.deconf.com/en/projects/eml-to-msg-converter-freeware/
There you can download the program you need (EML to MSG in this example) and here are the steps:
1) download and install the program eml2msg-setup.exe
2) create a folder
3) open Thunderbird and select (please help yourself with CTRL or SHIFT button for multi-selection) the file(s) you need to export with a drag and drop from thunderbird to che folder you've still created
4) launch the program, choose the folder and start the conversion task
5) open Outlook and drag and drop the .MSG message into the outlook's folder you need to populate.
That's all!
